At Rani Mobilya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble the furniture carefully and place all components, including hardware and assembly manuals, into the original shipping boxes.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture logistics partner to schedule a convenient pickup time from your address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
